He previously served as Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Parker's Convenience Stores, and held similar roles at Bucky's Convenience Stores and QuikTrip Corporation, contributing to the development of over 130 new store locations across the Southeast.

Adam, a former Marine and seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of experience, has consulted for clients across various industries, most notably at a Big Four firm. He excels in leading global teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating offerings that enhance competitive edge and revenue growth. At GCT, his focus is on risk evaluation, leveraging market insights, and developing strategies aligned with investor objectives.

Josh, has been active in real estate development and construction management since 2010, specializing in commercial and multi-family projects across Texas. David has 40+ years in the construction industry. He most recently was the Construction Manager for Parker's Kitchen and Brightwork Real Estate. At GCT, David handles design, concept, and day to day field operations for successful completion of projects. His expertise spans ground up convenience stores, retail, restaurants, and medical facilities across the southeastern U.S. working with brands including QuikTrip, Parkers, Circle K, Eggs Up Grill, 7 Brew Coffee, Starbucks, Athens Orthopedic.
